Kathleen Gallen is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor who offers a unique blend of East and West bodywork including: Thai Massage, Esalen Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pre-Natal Massage and Yoga.

Kathleen integrates a mindful and intuitive touch with a blend of styles from her studies and travels including the trance-like long, fluid strokes of Esalen massage to stretch and release unconscious holding patterns. She believes every 'body' has it's story and, if brought to a relaxed meditative state, has the innate ability to heal itself.
